Theme Lottery Contest Update

UPDATE: Hey folks, the time has arrived, and I can now announce the top three places for the Theme Lottery Contest!
Before I do, I would just like to sincerely thank everyone for entering - please don't be disheartened if you didn't win, as the caliber was very high. Seriously, myself and and loved so many of the entries, and wish I could afford to give you all prizes!

It was really tough deciding the winners, and if you saw all three judge's entries you'd see that there was a lot of variety with our top choices. However, there were three entries that ranked highly amongst us, and so, without further adieu...

1. First Prize: - - For his Sharovipteryx line. This was the only entry that appeared in all three of the judge's top choices, so it was a clear-cut winner. The sheer credibility of the fakémon, particularly given the seriously weird animal that E-N had to work with, pushed it over the finish line in first place
2. Second Prize: - - For his Decorator Crab line. The consensus was that this guy gave off a very Gen I feel (particularly the evolution), and it was a nice, understated way of going with what I genuinely though would be a flamboyant design, given the name of the animal in question.
3. Third Prize: - <da:thumb id="546243023"/> - For his Selaginella lepidophylla plant line! Tumbadeew was very high up there with the judges - a very credible feel while also quirky and fresh (and I do love me my quirky designs)!

-Congrats to all three prize-winners (will get in touch shortly to arrange the prizes, etc.), and again, the level of the entries was extremely high as I'm sure you'll all agree, so please don't feel frustrated or disheartened if you didn't place on the podium this time around. Also, I feel I shouldn't have to (and probably don't need to, but will say it anyway) say this, but please don't send myself, the judges, or any of the placing entrants abusive messages if you feel your contest entry was better/more deserving of a prize than any of the top 3. The three judges chose the winners in a way as fairly as we could possibly devise, and I hope that you will all understand and accept this.

Hey guys, just so there isn't complete radio silence, we have been trying to pick winners for the contest.

Myself, and have narrowed down our choices to our top 5 each, so we will now spend a few days taking those choices and picking the top 3 winners.

The level of the entries has been exceptional, particularly given the tough nature of the contest, so if you don't win, I assure you it doesn't mean your piece wasn't 'good' or 'up-to-snuff'. If I could choose more winners I most certainly would!
